Sweet rose wine, produced in accordance with the classic technology of ,,ice wine” production, grapes being harvested on 30 November 2018, after several days with maximums of -9 ° С and minimums of -16 ° С.
The wine has a raspberry-pink color, rich in aromas of caramelized wildberries, strawberry jam and roses petals. Viscous, but with a great balance between sweetness and acidity, rich in flavors of
goji berries, quince jam, strawberries jam and caramelized red fruits, with harmonious, long lasting and sour-sweet aftertaste.
