Civic Club Liberal Economy Progress and Activity (LIPA) is an NGO with experience in business, local self-government and the non-governmental sector, with an active civil position uniting the efforts of local community for the prosperity of the Stara Zagora region and the country.

The main goals of the Civic Club LIPA are:

- Improving the business environment and economic development of Stara Zagora region

- Transformation of the Stara Zagora region into a preferred destination for cultural-historical, balneological, spa, eco and wine tourism

- Improving the living environment turning Stara Zagora into the cleanest regional city in Bulgaria

- Implemenntation of a modern transport scheme of Stara Zagora with an emphasis on environmental transport

- Improving the infrastructure of the villages in the municipality of Stara Zagora

- Create effective communication between educational institutions and employers to form professional orientation and realization of youth

- Optimal development of industrial and business zones of Stara Zagora region and building the appropriate infrastructure (exhibition, logistics and other facilities) to use the competitive advantages of the strategic position and traditions of Stara Zagora

- Development of public-private partnership
