The Southeast Thracian Regional Vine and Wine Chamber (STRVWC) is a voluntary association of individuals and legal entities, grape producers and traders of wine and wine products. The Chamber was established in accordance with Art. 52 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities and is a non-profit legal entity.
At present, 30 legal entities are members of UTRLVK and the total area of ​​the vineyards of the members is 12 203 decares.

The Chamber aims to support and protect the common interests of its members, protect and control the origin, quality and authenticity of manufactured and marketed products and the development of viticulture and winemaking in the Southeast Thracian wine region.
Functions:
Adoption of professional rules in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Plant Protection and under the legal normative acts, in connection with its application, which determine the norms for appropriate planting and cultivation, for the order of planting, for uniform plant protection of vineyards, for grape harvest, for processing , and rules of wine processing, as well as other professional requirements, important from the point of view of protection of the quality and authenticity of the produced and traded products and development of viticulture and wine production.
Assisting the municipal councils, the central and territorial bodies of the executive power in the development of their economic policy and the targeted financing of program projects, including the improvement and development of the agricultural and viticultural regions and settlements.
Giving a prescription to the owners who have left their plantations uncultivated, for carrying out the necessary anti-erosion and plant protection measures and for processing the vineyards.
Forms regional tasting commissions for performing organoleptic analysis and evaluation of wines, grape brandies and wine brands in accordance with regulations.
It issues certificates of origin of grapes to the producers of grapes, a certificate of origin of quality wines and a name of origin of the producers of wine and a certificate of authenticity of the producers of grape brandy and wine brandy.
Proposes to the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry - for the lands from the state land fund, and to the respective municipal council for the lands from the municipal land fund, to provide lands for viticulture for a period of not less than 35 years.
