Club "Dionysus" Stara Zagora, was established in 2006 by a group of enthusiasts - connoisseurs of good real wine, traditions and culture of consumption.
This ambition is successfully realized today, when members and friends of the club gather at monthly thematic meetings, visit various winemakers, get acquainted with their elixirs and inform the wine-loving public.
The club has successful people from different fields, united by the challenge to learn more about the uniqueness of the "divine drink", to share impressions and promote good Bulgarian products in the country and abroad.
We can proudly note the pace of development of this industry, the serious investments and the competitive quality of some of the bottled Bulgarian wines.
For us, the contact with the people who have dedicated their work to preserving and developing the tradition is always exciting.
Quality wine needs proper food. The meetings of the club are held in different places so that we can touch the masterfully selected and specially prepared for the occasion food.
In the third week of November, as all over the world, we traditionally dedicate an evening to the new Beaujolais.
Trifon Zarezan is also celebrated with special solemnity. On February 14, ritual abandonment is performed - for grace and prosperity. We visit different manufacturers and the emotion is always captivating.
