Betterhalf Chardonnay Qvevri is the first wine made in qvevri in modern times in Bulgaria by Nikolay Dalakov.
What is qvevri ? Georgian winemaking vessel - large lemon-shaped terracotta pot that is buried in the ground up to its neck.
