An intense ruby wine, which radiates a noble aromatic bouquet dominated by shades of cherries and blackcurrant, offering a taste of pomegranates and prunes, which progresses into a long fruity aftertaste, underlined by smoky shades and spicy tannins. Sfaditele is a blend of two local varieties – Feteasca Neagra and Rara Neagra.

Maturation: Minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels.
Food pairings: Duck, beef and stewed vegetables.
Consumption temperature: + 15 ° C to + 18 ° C.

Sfaditele is a common symbol on traditional Moldovan embroidery. It expresses the position of two quarrelsome neighbors, represented by spirals, one opposed to the other, which, however, cannot exist separately, rejecting and attracting each other.
