Red Key was entirely made by the South American Carmener variety and liked the bounty of the Tundja Valley. The color is deep, dark red, characteristic of the variety. The aroma profile surprises with an extraordinary freshness of spices – basil, lavender – and pomegranate, prunes and dark berries. We preserved this Carmener's freshness by not allowing any contact with wood. The mouth is full of pleasure, inviting you to enjoy a selection of dishes rich in spices such as curry and coriander – lamb, bacon, grilled vegetables, green olives and fish.
