This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged 18 months in a high-quality oak barrels. Intensely colored with vibrant purple colors. Lovely notes of ripe fruit nose, highlighted by touches of cedar and moccha. Ripe fruit flavors are balanced by the oak; the wine is very well structured. It is great for meat dishes, flavored with rosemary, pepper, garlic, thyme, duck – lamb, veal, duck.
