Dessert wine. After ripening of Cabernet Sauvignon we carefully selected the grape clusters for this exclusive wine. We further dried the grapes in order to increase the sugar content in them. Gentle extrusion and long fermentation. Our oenologist chose a non-typical approach and there is a technological error in this wine, there is a high generous sediment and natural carbonation in some of the bottles which is considered a jackpot hit for the appreciator of our products. Before the serving we recommned using a decanter of paper filter for separating the generous sediment. Aging of the wine upon this sediment contributes for the develoment of its atypical chocolate, cacao, homemade wildberry jam and vanilla flavors. No artificial fragnances. A really rare exmple of Cabernet.
