Angel’s Estate is a 14,000 square meter winery in Banya village near by Nova Zagora. 150 ha of vineyards are planted in small plots on the slopes of Sredna Gora with a rich varietal structure: Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mourvedre, Barbera, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Viognier and Pinot gris. The capacity of the cellar is 800,000 bottles of wine a year. The necessary grapes are intended to be from the own vineyards. The building is built on four levels and the elegant tasting room is separated by glass showcases from the fermentation and maturing rooms, where 1000 oak barrels of barique type are located. The first two wines of the cellar are Stallion and Stallion Classic by the name of the Zhrebchevo dam located near the cellar. Later, Young Stallion, White Stallion, Stallion Rose and the pride of the Gold Stallion winery were developed. The new names in the Angel Estate collection are Deneb - named after one of the most magnificent stars in our galaxy, as well as Angel and Cattleya. In 2019, Angels Estate decided to surprise their fans with a new series of pure-varietal wines - Stallion Selection. The first wine in the series is Stallion Selection Syrah.

Angels Estate Winery appeared 10 years ago and is already among the established assets in Bulgarian wine production - its labels have won prestigious international awards, and their fans in Bulgaria and around the world are multiplying. The winery in the village of Banya, Novozagorsko region was built in 2010 located on 14,000 square meters of floor space. Its capacity is 800,000 tons of grapes, and it is designed to be covered by the raw material of its own vineyards.
