MicroWinery Djobkovi was established in 2014 by Mara and Ivan Djobkovi - engineer technologists by profession with over 30 years of experience.
They are specialized in the production of quality bulk and bottled white, red wines and pelin (wormwood - Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Muscat, Rose of Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, white and red pelin (wormwood).
The winery provides an opportunity to choose grapes harvested in their technological maturity from well-maintained vineyards in the area. Fermentation and aging of wines is in stainless steel containers. Conditions for fermentation and storage at low temperature are provided. Adherence to good environmental practices is their law.

Microwinery Djobkovi was created by people who have the courage to follow their dream, regardless of the limiting factors of the environment. In 2014, family technologists Ivan and Mara Djobkovi laid the foundations of their winery, starting with basic equipment, great enthusiasm and hard work. Thirty years of technological experience is the basis on which the whole idea of ​​microwine is based.
Although micro, with a capacity of up to 25,000 liters, the winery is rapidly gaining momentum and forming a circle of loyal customers, thanks to which investments have been made in equipment.
Wines are produced by classic technology, without adding any artificial flavors and additives, allowing each wine and vintage to reach its potential in a completely natural way.
The winery brings a personal touch through careful and strict selection of the raw material, namely the grapes. It must have reached its full technological maturity in order for the wine to be fruitful and of good quality. Of no less importance is the land from which the grapes were born. Like the Rose Valley, famous for its oil-bearing rose, Khan Krum and its region have for many years enjoyed quality white grapes from the Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer and Muscat varieties. In recent years, thanks to its good vine growers, the region also enjoys wonderful red varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet and no less interesting Pinot Noir.
