Intense ruby colour with brownish hues. The nose is rich in spices (black pepper), herbs and ripe black fruits (blackberries, black cherries), dark chocolate, liquorice and dry leaves.
Full and supple body, mild acidity and strong structural tannins. Long and memorable finish.

Ageing: 18 months in Bulgarian and French oak barrels (500 l).
Various red meat dishes. In order to fully enjoy this product, it is recommended to open the bottle in advance or to decant it. Possible noble sediment.
