Golden-yellow colour, with fine and elegant bubbles in a persistent stream. Fresh floral nose, with long-lasting finish. Typical almond nuances against a background of roses and sweet fruit (ripe peach and citrus).
Soft and well balanced, with notes of bitter almonds in the aftertaste. Perfect proportion of bitterness and sweetness.

Ageing: 8 months on the lees.
Well chilled (8-10 deg. C).
