Blend of 60% Syrah & 40% Rubin ( indigenous Bulgarian grape variety)

The vineyas are located in Oreshak ( South Sakar) on a clay/sandy and clay/limestone soils.
50% of the wine is fermented in inox and 50% in french oak barrels. And already 2 month in a bottle before releasing on the market.

Alexandra Syrah & Rubin is wine with dark intensive red color with violet nuances. On the nose is dominated by cherry & blackberry aromas complimented by coffee, vanilla, pepper and smoke notes. The wine has harmonious full body with red currants, mulberry and blackberry flavours, with a hint of dark chocolate, vanilla and spices for a perfect balance. Long and silky aftertaste.
