Viognier is a white dry wine made from 100% Viognier sort, grown in the vineyards near the village of Botevo, Yambol. The wine has a pale-yellow color and a sparkling clarity. The fragrance is elegant and complex with delicate scents of apricot, peach and light floral notes. The taste is well balanced, fresh, with a pleasant sweetness and juicy acids. A memorable aftertaste with an exquisite fruit final.
