The Royal Grapes Park is a project different from anything like this and will present the vines themselves, such as culture, history and useful information. We are not talking only about wine production, but about traditions in the cultivation of vineyards of over 130 different varieties, united in the Vine Botanical Garden on an area of ​​10000 m2 of open space and over 3000 m2 vineyard authentic museum and dessert vineyard of 30,000 m2, which is already a fact with the presence of four varieties of dessert plantations, not very popular in Bulgaria. The project has a theme for summary information related to viticulture, through 3D cinema projections and a tasting room, as well as an energy trail with Swarovski stones, a separate souvenir shop and amphitheater with 400 seats for cultural events and social events. The expected date for the beginning of the construction is 15.06.2021
We anticipate the completion of the project within the next year and a half, up to two, because the project is undergoing constant changes related to the construction of a holiday village of 25 eco-smart houses within the same property. This predisposes to endless development of the project and opportunities for investment in the same direction, as well as the creation of a product that is not common on the real estate market in Bulgaria.
