PPETROFF is a small, family boutique winery in the sunny Thracian lowlands. To create our wine we use grapes from our own vineyards. With a lot of love and skills, combining ancient traditions with new, modern trends and technologies in wine production, we strive to create a unique wine with guaranteed quality and a pronounced terroir character. For the aging of the wine we use new French oak barrels, which delicately and permanently complement and shape the taste and aromas. The wine matures from 6 months to 1 year in barrels and 1 year in a bottle. Our wine is an all-natural product.
