Dry white wine Chardonnay 50%, Riesling 25%, Alb de Onitcani 25%

A blend of three white grape varieties - French Chardonnay, German Riesling and Moldovan Alb de Onitcani - grown on their own vineyards in the south of the Republic of Moldova. Primary fermentation with short-term infusion of wort on the pulp, fermentation in stainless steel containers with controlled fermentation temperature, subsequent blending of wines and aging in oak barriques for at least 6 months. Straw-colored wine with a greenish tint. The fresh, mineral aroma of Riesling smoothly turns into citrus notes typical of Alb de Onitcani and ends with creamy vanilla and aged Chardonnay pear. The taste is soft, balanced, with a spicy almond bitterness, which gives a special pleasure and the longest aftertaste.

Serving temperature 10-12 ℃. The volume fraction of ethyl alcohol is 13.0%. The volume is 0.75 liters.
