A Sauvignon Blanc born in Dobrogea, but with an exotic aromatic expression, built in generous touches of ripe yellow fruit and juicy citrus. It balances its sweet, ripe apple and white peach hues with impressions of pomelo and mandarins, but also with some light vegetable-floral notes. The taste is full, round and extremely friendly, with a mineral-salty structure, covered in hints of ripe fruit. Its "rhythmic" acidity gives it freshness but at the same time he is careful not to spoil the fullness of the fruit. The aftertaste follows its natural and fruity course, accentuating a sweet-tonic, pomelo hue for added freshness.
