Fresh, well balanced and vibrant, it is characterized by both a suppleness and a mineral precision, as well as a complexity specific to the variety. It opens with impressions of green apples, ripe peaches and tropical fruits, framed by touches of vanilla, roasted hazelnuts, wax and cracker. Gustatory, notes of green apples and ripe pears it grow together with the fresh acidity of grapefruit. Having a medium corpulence, the wine shows finesse and complexity, with a well-cohesive structure, based on minerality and acidity, and a long, fruity, citrusy and elegant aftertaste.
