We are proud of this Aligoté complex, obtained from the grapes of the best plantations, with delightful aromas of flowers, citrus, vanilla, almonds and an expressive minerality. After cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by the fermentation of fine yeast and the maturation in 225 liter French oak barrels for another 6 months. It is a wine with a very good aging potential.
