Grapes of all three varieties were harvested late. Through the slow maturation and overcooking, the vegetable and fruity aromas were decanted, acquiring velvety, balanced notes. The uniqueness of this wine is due not only to the proportions in which each variety is found in the blend, but also to the way in which the varieties are vinified. Half of the wine was obtained directly from the mixture of grapes of the three varieties, and the rest is monovarietal. Thus, we created a balance between the vibrating characteristics of each component and the result of their combination.

Olfactory notes:
The complexity of the fruity notes is supported by a balanced acidity and delicate spicy notes, which invite you to taste the wine to discover the whole experience it can offer.

Tasting notes:
The intensity of the taste notes of black fruits such as blackcurrants, blackberries, blueberries, plums and pigeons, seconded by fresh notes of raspberry and perfectly balanced by notes of coffee, bitter chocolate, cloves and pepper, give this wine flavor and
