This wine combines, as in a bouquet, the fresh and vibrant notes of tropical fruits, pears, nectarines and limes of Chardonnay wine, whose fermentation took place at a controlled temperature, with those of smoked wine of the same variety, which was aged in barque to give it notes of sweet tannins and vanilla. Sauvignon Blanc is the variety that completes the wine palette, with its floral and citrus notes. By combining the aromatic components of the two varieties, the wine has acquired roundness, softness and unique accents of candied orange peel.
