The grapes were harvested and sorted by hand. To optimize aromatic extraction and color, the grapes were cooled before fermentation began. After a dynamic maceration for 24-48 hours at low temperatures, a drastic deburring was performed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10-12 degrees.

Olfactory notes:
Pinot Noir brings the delicacy of the fruity aromas of bitter white cherries and white peaches, while Cabernet contributes with the warm and vibrant notes of strawberries and strawberries. This wine is distinguished by the secondary aromas developed during fermentation: accents of passion fruit and watermelon. It is a balanced wine that transforms the diversity of varieties into uniqueness, due to its unitary character.

Tasting notes:
Dominant are the fruity notes of cherries and white peaches, combined with notes of strawberries, strawberries, passion fruit and watermelon, delicately sprinkled with floral notes of freesia.
