Description
The color is saturated, golden, even with a hint of old gold. The nose is developed and complex with hints of soft yellow fruits - overripe apple and quince, herbs and white mushrooms and a crust of bread. The body is medium, melted and mature with hints of herbs, butter and ripe quince. Ends with a memory of vanilla and smoky wood.
