The wine is produced from the second harvest hand-picked, ripe grape variety ‘Sauvignon Blanc’ own vineyards located in the territory of Pomorie, 3 km from the cellar. Temperate climate with typical currents and sea, concomitant with high stratospheric humidity during the harvest, which favors the cultivation of white grape varieties. Attractive color with a slight greenish tinge. Delicate, but rich nose with hints of citrus fruits and herbs with a marked freshness that gradually opens in the glass. Mild and pleasant taste, fine and juicy acids, with a very good balance – ending a long and pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
