The name ""Konopane"" comes from the old name of village Mogilovo - Konopchii, from the cultivation of hemp, which people grew in the past.
The team is small but ambitious, and the wine under the Mon Ami brand perpetuates the bond between friends and wine sharing.
Over the years, the winery is constantly increasing its production. The grapes are cultivated in the land of the village Mogilovo.
The winery vinifies the following varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc.
The terroir is suitable for growing vines, and is a great place for the production of high quality wines, and for tourism.

The idea for the creation of Konopane Winery began with the production of a small series of red wines. In 2016 the production of small series wines began. For 4 years their idea became a reality and Konopane Winery appeared. Mr. Tihomir Marinov, native from Mogilovo is one of the founders of Konopane Winery and is currently the manager of the winery. The village of Mogilovo is the birthplace of his family. He defines himself as ambitious and determined to revive the wine production of his family. The harvest 2019 is the first officially realized on the market under the series "MonAmi" and "From the Vineyard".
