The Thracian Treasures Ltd. operates the cellar Chateau Kolarovo. It owns 150 decares of its own, well-maintained vineyards, from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Malbec, as well as new planted 150 decares vineyards in which new varieties such as Chardonnay, Tamianka, Viognier, Grenache, Murveder and Mavrud are well presnted. The wine cellar also owns 50 acres with 40-year-old vineyards of the Merlot variety, which are part of the famous Kolarovski massif. The wines produced in the cellar have a dense body, high alcohol, due to the good ripening of the grapes, the aromas are typical for the different varieties - plum, mint, berries, light jam notes, and so far their oak softens, gives spiciness and toast tons.
Annually Chateau Kolarovo produces about 70,000 bottles, distributed in short boutique series, but always powerful, with a soft southern character, ripe fruit and smoky notes.
The whole technological process from the raw material (grapes) to the final product (bottled wine) is carried out in the cellar. After laboratory and organoleptic analysis, part of the produced wine is selected and set for aging in French and a small part of Bulgarian barrels.

In 2009 the owner of the winery Mr. Stoyan Stoyanov bougth an old dairy in the village of Kolarovo and transformed it into a winery. It was located on an area of 1.5 decares and the built-up area is approximately 600 sq.m. For the future expansion of production, a neighboring plot with an area of 1.5 decares was also purchased. The oenologist of the winery is Mrs. Iliana Koeva, an engineer-technologist specialized in Napa Valley with many years of experience in winemaking - she is the person who observes the vineyards, the development of the grapes, the grape harvest and the vinification process.
