The wine is produced from the second harvest hand-picked, ripe grape variety ‘Chardonnay’ own vineyards located in the territory of Pomorie, 1-3 kilometers from the cellar. Temperate climate with typical currents and sea, concomitant with high stratospheric humidity during the harvest favors the cultivation of the grape variety. The wine has a golden yellow color with a thick light green playful shades.
The aroma is delicate and fresh with pleasant shades of peach and honey, which are expressed on the palate. The taste is emphasized freshness, elegant density and finesse.
