The wine is produced from the second harvest hand-picked, ripe grape variety ‘Sauvignon. Blanc’ own vineyards located in the village of Kamemar and Pomorie, 4 km from the cellar. Temperate climate with typical currents and sea, concomitant with high stratospheric humidity during the harvest, which favors the cultivation of white grape varieties. Attractive color with a slight greenish tinge. Delicate nose with hints of fruit – lychee, grass, herbs, and emphasized freshness, which gradually opens in the glass. Mild in flavor, with fine and juicy acids, with a good balance – ending a long and pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
