The wine is made from hand-picked, ripe grape variety ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Merlot’ own vineyards located in the area of the Pomorie, 2-3 kilometers from the cellar.
In the production are used modern technology combined with good traditions of the Bulgarian wine.
Deep, sparkling color with purple hue. Spicy, attractive nose with earthy notes of red berries and spices. Round with fresh red fruit, subtle oak, leather and musk on the palate. Harmonious and long finish.
The wine shows a potential for aging. The wine will be better if the open after one year, even two years.
